Your Home,Designed Your Way
Professional residential design — personal attention, practical construction knowledge, and complete drawings ready for your builder.
Your home should feel like you — not like everyone else's.
Stock plans almost fit. Almost. Design Concepts starts with a conversation about how you actually live — then builds the drawings around that.
Since 2011, I've helped homeowners across Indiana turn ideas into complete, construction-ready drawing sets. You work directly with me from the first conversation to the final sheet — no handoffs, no waiting on someone else.
Over 25 years of residential design experience means I bring the technical knowledge your builder needs. The personal attention is just how I work.
Modify the plans! — Not your dreams!
Your Idea
It starts with a conversation — not a form or a template. I listen to how you live, what you need, and what you've been imagining. Your vision drives everything from here.
The Process
Your Design
You work directly with me — not a project manager or junior drafter. Every decision is yours. I bring the experience; you bring the vision.

Your Plans
Residential drawing sets developed around your project — including floor plans, elevations, foundation plans, roof plans, and construction details appropriate to the agreed scope.
